40 Hour Power Alignment Yoga Teacher Training

What is Power Alignment Yoga®?

After practicing Power Yoga for a number of years, I became interested in deeper levels of Alignment, Anatomy and Kinesiology in my yoga practice. So, I created and developed Power Alignment Yoga® which is a synergistic blend of Power Yoga and  Alignment Yoga Principles. Power Alignment Yoga is a rigorous, flowing, physical vinyasa practice that incorporates Alignment Principles and breath work, with a big dose of spirituality to align body, breath, mind and spirit. This amazing blend of Alignment Yoga and Power Yoga invigorates the body, focuses the mind, and expands the spirit.

Power Alignment Yoga Teacher Training is an opportunity to join a special group of both aspiring and experienced  yoga teachers and serious students who are ready to deepen their practice, expand their power and transform themselves into more effective vinyasa yoga  teachers.

This intensive teacher training course is designed to train you in the  fundamentals of teaching Flow style yoga. We will help to guide you into your role as teacher with  the knowledge and open-heartedness it takes to teach a dynamic and fun Flow  class. Students looking to become teachers, students who are currently  teachers with or without previous training, or students simply having  the desire to deepen their practice and spend 5 days immersed into Flow Yoga,  will find this course inspiring and practical. A certification to teach Flow yoga and Yoga Alliance hours are available upon completion.
