40 Hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training

Learn the technical skills for teaching Hot Yoga: sequencing, timing, how to monitor the heat of the room and the students, traditional hot yoga and hot flow.

This is an in-depth training into the details underlying the practice and teaching of Hot Yoga. Many participants attend simply to deepen their own Hot Yoga practice. You do not need to be a yoga teacher to attend or even desire to be a yoga teacher, however, you should have a consistent yoga practice.
