David Regelin Weekend Workshop January 25 & 26, 2014

Yoga is a way to become powerful. It is a frame work within which one can develop integrity and virtue. A skillful yoga practice can reshape and adjust damaged or malformed bones, tendons, muscles, and ligaments, tune the nervous system to handle the shock of living, aim and stretch thoughts to actualize goals, reorient and adjust posture to develop poise and perspective, and release stored emotions and dis-ease in the organs by massaging, pumping, squeezing, stretching, and organizing them. Yoga can also carry us across the thresholds of our lives by making us safe, sane, able, resilient, and self-actualized. Join David Regelin for a weekend designed to give us the tools, techniques, and blueprints necessary to develop a potent and sustainable practice that transcends yoga trends and brands, and teaches us how to participate for our own well-being.
